The two golf courses, a Membership Course and a Daily Fee Course are designed by the renowned firm of Golf Properties Design. The first courses should open in the early summer of 2004. It will be available for public or private players for a year or so, until the clubhouse and course #2 opens. From then on, one of the courses will always be dedicated for private play. Both courses will be maintained to the highest standards, with outstanding course services, food and beverage operations, and PGA staff teaching. The whole family will be welcome.

The large river bottom and canyon setting has room for two driving ranges, a large practice putting green, and wide fairways. The courses weren’t designed to maximize residential lot sales, but to maximize the golfing experience. Nature is all around.

Our festive 18,000 square foot clubhouse, designed by architect Larry Gabriel, will offer our members many additional services. There will be private locker rooms and elegant private dining for members to enjoy. You can meet before or after eighteen holes at the cocktail lounge. A snack bar will offer a healthy snack or lunch menu to enjoy inside on the patio. Members can safely store their clubs in our club storage facility and the Pro Shop will be a state-of-the-art store to go for all your golfing needs.
