CLUBHOUSE
Designed to reflect the California Mission style, the Clubhouse features a tower as the focal point and main access that leads to the separate Golf Shop and the main Clubhouse. The 2,000 SF Golf Shop with the adjacent Administration Offices overlooks the cart staging, practice green and driving range including a covered patio and command of the two golf courses. The Clubhouse houses the Bar/Grill including the sitting area at the fireplace, dining for 60 and seating for eight at the bar with access to the covered patio seating 40. Directly off the Bar/Grill is the Members Club Room with a fireplace and room for 24 with a private patio. The Banquet Room can accommodate 400 and can be divided into two rooms seating 200 each or a meeting room for 50. Directly off the Banquet Room is the Event Terrace accommodating 120 with direct access to the course Snack Bar for post tournament events. Also included is a private Dining/Meeting room for 24 and the Menās and Womenās Locker/Shower Room for the members. Below is the Cart Storage for 164 carts, bag storage, office, storage, cart repair and wash bay.
The project includes:
18,500 SF Clubhouse, 11,000 SF Cart Storage, 1,000 SF Snack Bar & Toilets,
800 SF Driving Range Facility, 14,800 SF Maintenance Facility with fueling
station and wash bays, Pump House and the on course facilities.
